In china, there are many types of traditional Chinese breakfasts. In the north of China, breakfast is abundant, flavorful, and it enjoyable to eat. The breakfast in the Southwest is exquisite and varied. Breakfast has its own local characteristic in each city of China.

In Northeast China they have Geda Soup (Dough Drop Soup). Geda Soup is the authentic northeast cuisine. The flour is made into pieces and thrown into the pot to make soup. Some people like big dough, and other people like small dough. Chinese people also add some cabbage, spinach, laver, coriander and persimmon (tomato) in the soup. The choices of vegetables depend on each person’s personal preferences. It is delicious and nutrient.

In Shaanxi they have Roujiamo which is known as Chinese Hamburger. This is a perfect combination of two kinds of food: meat juice and steamed burger. A hamburger puts meat juice and steamed burger together, which cooperates and contrasts each other. Thus, meat and steamed burger are taking their tastes to the extreme. The steamed burger is fragrant, and the meat is crisp. The taste of Roujiamo is fat instead of greasy. It leads a person to endless aftertastes. Even if Roujiamo is from Shaanxi, people are able to enjoy it almost in every city on both sides of the Changjiang River. People can find it in the morning when they go to work or study every day. It has already become a real national breakfast.

In Hubei their famous breakfast is Wuhan hot and dry noodles. Hot and dry noodles are a Wuhan special breakfast. It was originally Wuhan food, but it is very popular in Hubei and many other places, such as Suizhou, and Xiangyang. Actually, hot and dry noodles in the Huangshi area are also known as Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce. With the population increasing in Hubei and other provinces, Wuhan hot and dry noodles have become popular in many places, and are one of the most popular noodles.

Jiangsu is known for their Soup Baozi. Soup baozi has the beauty of form. The content is exquisite and unique, and meat stuffing fixes soup together in one room. While people bite into the Baozi, they will taste meat, very soft steamed flour, and northland soup at the same time. It is an integrated charm. Eating soup baozi, soup is the top of the list, followed by the dough and meat stuffing.

Zhejiang serves Pan-Fried Baozi which is much different than Soup Baozi in Jiangsu because Pan-Fried baozi is soft, small, steamed, and stuffed bun with a layer of crispy bottom. Moreover, Pan-Fried Baozi plus shallot aroma is very complex fascinated on taste. In the winter, eating a Pan-Fried Baozi which is just out of the pot and is stuffed with Pork is a better way to drive away the cold, chewing flavor, and nutrient absorption for people.

Sichuan has a breakfast food know as Chaoshou. Chaoshou, which is like Chili oil Wonton, is a famous snack of Sichuan. This snack is tender and delicious, and the soup is slightly spicy and fragrant. Sichuan people called the Wonton as Chaoshou, Wonton are produced throughout China, but Chili oil Chaoshou is one of the most famous varieties. When people go to a Chaoshou restaurant, they can meet a little girl sitting between wonton wrapper and the meat stuffing, packaging Wonton. The Wonton is like butterflies to flying into the dustpan plate. Chaoshou is not only delicious, but also good-looking.

In addition to the above breakfasts, each region has its own special food. Because geographical environment affects climate, and climate affects crops and human habits, coupled with thousands of years of inheritance, such a wide variety of food culture is not surprising. Visit China to enjoy all kinds of delicious breakfasts!
