Famous comedian and actor, Kevin Hart, has been caught in the act as the extortion of the star’s sex tape from early August has anonymously been released to the public.

Hart’s happy marriage of one year to wife, Eniko Parrish, has the public questioning his actions from the weekend of August 19, coincidentally a day after his wife’s birthday. Hart even dedicated a sweet and humorous message to his wife on her 33rd birthday, with the caption, ““Happy B Day to my fine a** wife….Sheesh. How did I get so lucky?” Attached was a professional black and white photo of Parrish.

However, his actions spoke louder than his words when Hart was spotted with a woman at the Vegas Marquee Nightclub at the Cosmopolitan Hotel August 19. The secretly-recorded videotape shows Hart getting close to the woman, Montia Sabbag, as she was seen talking in his ear.

According to TMZ, the extortion video was shot at various locations throughout the course of the night. Hart is speaking with law enforcement in hopes of getting names of people he remembers interacting with who might have some involvement with the video. However, the extortion of Hart’s flirtatious affair continued throughout the weekend.

A sex tape was released in parts which exposed a bedroom scene involving Hart and Sabbag. Although the videos are hardly graphic, they show a naked man, allegedly Hart, walking around the room. However, Sabbag claims she was not involved in the extortion tapes and considers herself a crime victim herself.

Sabbag’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, claims her client is not demanding money from Hart, as she sees herself victim to this crime. Sabbag, however, admitted that she had a intimate relationship with Hart about a month ago, which was captured in the sex tape.

Search warrants are in the process of cracking the case of who the culprits are. TMZ broke the story with details of suspects. Authorities are investigating the possible suspects, claiming that there were a number of people partying with Kevin and Sabbag. Based on investigation, it is certain that Sabbag knew most of these party-goers, while Hart knew none of them.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Hart has been caught cheating. The comedian’s first wife, Torrei Hart, is speaking out about the scandal and her previous marriage with Hart.

Toerei said in an interview with Inside Edition, “When I met him, he was selling sneakers. He started to get fame and I'm kind of feeling a little left behind. We grew apart.”

​

Hart publicly announced his unfaithfulness to Torrei in a 2013 stand-up comedy special, “Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain,” when he said, “Yes, people, I cheated. Am I ashamed of it? No, no I'm not. Do I wish I could take it back? No, no I don't."

Torrei believed Hart’s jokes were made at her expense. In the Inside Edition interview, Torrei said, “I have an ex-husband who has repeatedly used me in his stand-up routines. For years, I had to endure that.”

Since their 2011 divorce, Torrei has pushed the hardships of their relationship aside for the sake of their children, Heaven, 12, and Hendrix, 9. Hart and his current wife, Parrish, are expecting their third child later this year.

​

Parrish claims that the incident will not affect their marriage in any way stating, “there is absolutely no divorce talk,” according to People magazine. Parrish, at this point, appears as though she is going to stand by Hart, regardless of the incident.
